Terms of Service

("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Mobile Application Developer ("Mobile Application Developer", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Zoom In mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Mobile Application" or "Services"). Effective 5th of July, 2025.

These user terms and conditions these Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zoom In that applies to your use of and access to the Zoom In application. Please read these Terms carefully, as you agree to be bound by each of its terms by accessing or using the application. By registering and setting up an account on Zoom In, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service. We may make changes to this Agreement and to the Terms of Service time to time. When we modify it we will let our users know either with in-app notification or revising the date at the top of this Terms of Service.

1. WHO CAN USE THE SERVICES

In order to use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age and if you are not, please exit the application immediately. As of today, the use of Zoom In application is free of charge. Please ensure that by using the Services you represent, warrant and agree that:

  • You can form a binding contract with Zoom In.
  • You are not a person who is barred from using the Services under the laws of your country of residence.
  • You are not a convicted sex offender.
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

2. RIGHTS WE GRANT YOU

Zoom In grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, nonexclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the Service's benefits in a way that these Terms and our usage policies. You must not use the Services in ways that are not authorized by these Terms. Nor may you help anyone else in doing so. You must not reverse engineer, deconstruct, disassemble, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, sell or attempt to extract the source code of this application. No part of Zoom In application may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast or reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent and permission.

3. RIGHTS YOU GRANT US

Many of our Services let you create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content. When you do that, you retain whatever ownership rights in that content you had to begin with. But you grant us a license to use that content. How broad that license is depends on which Services you use and the Settings you have selected. For all content you submit to the Services, you grant Zoom In a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, cache, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, analyze, transmit, and distribute that content. This license is for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones.

This license includes a right for us to make your content available to, and pass these rights along to, service providers with whom we have contractual relationships related to the provision of the Services, solely for the purpose of providing such Services. To the extent it's necessary, you also grant Zoom In and our business partners the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual right and license to use your information. This means, among other things, that you will not be entitled to any compensation from Zoom In.

We may use your info to provide you with advertising that may be of interest to you. We use services for this purpose.

While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, and delete your content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and develop the Services or if we think your content violates these Terms. You alone, though, remain responsible for the content you create, upload, post, send, or store through the Service.

If you as a user decide to provide feedback or suggestions, just know that we can use them without compensating you, and without any restriction or obligation to you. You agree that we will own all rights in any materials or items we develop based on such feedback or suggestions.

When you use Zoom In, you grant us to collect your information in order to provide you our Service. Our Service uses other Service(s) and third parties that may collect information to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. You as a user, agree and fully understand that your information may be collected by these Services.

Zoom In may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal or unauthorized uses of the Service(s), including termination of your account.

4. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other Terms as set forth in the this Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using Zoom In or its Content:

1- For any unlawful purpose.

2- To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

3- To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

4- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

5- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

6- To submit false or misleading information.

7- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services.

8- To gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Zoom In's Services, server, database, API keys, cause disruption in the Services, hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.

9- To collect or track the personal information of others.

10- To track other users' locations on Google Maps through Zoom In.

11- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.

12- For any obscene or immoral purpose.

13- To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service(s) related to Zoom In. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of the prohibited uses and take legal actions against you.

5. SERVICE AND TERMINATION

Zoom In is always trying to improve which means we might make changes to the product by using other Service(s), add new features, remove features and of course make enhancements time to time. If these changes and actions do not affect your rights and obligations we may not provide or modify the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service. Moreover, you can always terminate and delete your account. Also, you can always ask us to validate your account deletion and make sure all your information has been deleted properly. You can delete your account in Zoom In Settings or you may ask us to delete it manually for you. For more information please read Privacy Policy.

6. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

We offer subscription plans for 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months. These subscriptions provide access to premium features, which may include, but are not limited to, the ability to send more requests to other users. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until you cancel. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your subscription period, at which point it will expire.

All payments for subscriptions are processed through Google Play. When you subscribe to a plan:

  • Your payment will be processed by Google.
  • You agree to Google's payment terms and policies.
  • Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Google may charge your payment method at the beginning of each renewal period.
  • To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your Google Play account.

We do not process or store your payment information on our servers. All payments and refunds are subject to Google Play's policies. We do not offer refunds directly for subscription payments. Please refer to Google's refund policy for more information on how to request a refund.

7. THE CONTENT OF OTHERS

Much of the content produced by users whether that content is posted publicly or sent privately, the content is the sole responsibility of the user or entity that submitted it. Although Zoom In reserves the right to review or remove all content that appears on the Services, we do not necessarily review all of it. We cannot guarantee and take responsibility for any content that others provide through the Services. Through these Terms, we would like to ensure that we do not want the Services put to bad uses. But because we may not have the ability and resource to review every single piece of content on the Services, we cannot guarantee that content on the Services will always conform to our Terms of Service.

We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content contributed by users or endorse any of the opinions expressed therein. You agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against us with respect thereto. You acknowledge that any reliance on User Contributed Content of any Zoom In user will be at your own risk.

8. PRIVACY

You can learn how we handle your information when you use our Services by reading our privacy policy. We would encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully. By using our Service(s), you agree that Zoom In can collect and use your information consistent with our policy.

9. RESPECTING OTHERS' RIGHTS

Zoom In truly respects the rights of others. You therefore may not use the Services, or enable anyone else to use the Services, in a manner that violates or infringes someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right. You therefore may not upload, send or store content that:

  • Asks or offers sexually explicit images or engage in any activity harmful to minors or otherwise violates these terms.
  • Violates or infringes someone else's rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right.
  • Bullies, harasses, or intimidates.
  • Defames, spams or solicits Zoom In's users.
  • Is inappropriate to other users or illegal, including, but not limited to, anything that is defamatory, inaccurate, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or promotes violence, discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred, as determined by Zoom In in its sole discretion.
  • Introduces viruses, time-bombs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and/or other harmful code, - is reverse look-up or trace any information of any other user or visitor or otherwise use the Services for the purpose of obtaining information of any user.
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, or any systems or networks by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user's account credentials.
  • Uses any robot, bot or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any manual process to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Services or any data or materials contained therein or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the System.

10. RESPECTING ZOOM IN'S RIGHTS

You must respect the Zoom In's rights. These Terms do not grant you to:

  • Use branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, trademarks, domains, trade dress, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services or any other materials used in our Services. We own all copyrights, you may not use our copyrights and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written consent and permission.
  • Copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, syndicate, broadcast, perform, display, make available, or otherwise use any portion of the Services or the content on the Services except as set forth in these Terms.
  • Use the Services or any content on the Services for any commercial purposes without our written consent and permission.

11. SAFETY

Zoom In believes a safe place is great for everyone. We try hard to keep an eye on the safety of our users. Of course, we cannot guarantee it. You as a user, by using the Service(s) agree that:

  • You will not use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in these Terms.
  • You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other user's information.
  • You will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users' content or information without our written consent and permission.
  • You will not use or attempt to use another user's account, username, or password without their permission.
  • You will not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
  • You will not solicit login credentials from another user.
  • You will not post content that contains pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, guns or other weaponry, or incitements to violence.
  • You will not share other people's social media profiles in your account and you will not share any url other than your real profile's url in TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.
  • You will not track other people's location on Google Maps through Zoom In.
  • You will not harass and abuse other users.
  • You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access.
  • You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
  • You will not encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.

If you fail to comply, we reserve the right to remove any offending content, terminate or limit the visibility of your account, and notify third parties—including law enforcement—and provide those third parties with information relating to your account. This step may be necessary to protect the safety of our users, and others, to investigate, remedy, and enforce potential Terms violations, and to detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.

In addition, we have the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above, including intellectual property rights infringement and application security issues, to the fullest extent of the law. We will also fiercely honor and assist any legal investigations requested by any parties of the law enforcement agencies. We may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Zoom In users who violate these Terms of Service.

You acknowledge that we have the right to monitor your access to or use of the application and the Service for operating purposes, to ensure your compliance with these Terms of Service, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body.

For your safety, we would recommend to turn your location off through Zoom In. The feature is available in Zoom In's Settings which removes your location and photo on Google Maps. This feature may be useful if you are in sensitive place(s) such as work, home, hospital, etc or in any other place(s) that you do not want to share your location with anyone. Please be advised that this feature may not work as expected due to a variety of reasons such as poor internet connection, bug in the application, low device battery, poor device performance so on and so forth. It is also recommended to keep your location off before entering sensitive places.

12. YOUR ZOOM IN ACCOUNT

As of today, Zoom In is only available on Android devices and available on Google Play Store. When the application is installed, you can register and create an account and the only way to do this is through a mobile device. We do not offer sign up option via different Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for Zoom In, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. To read more about the information we collect, please read the Privacy Policy of Zoom In.

At the time of registration and providing your personal information, you agree to provide us accurate, complete, and updated information for your account. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your account. So it’s important that you keep your account secure. One way to do that is to select a strong password that you don’t use for any other account. If you think that someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact us. Also, you agree not to create any account if we have previously removed or banned you or your account from any of our Services unless we consent otherwise.

In addition to your account, by using the Service(s), you agree that:

  • You will not create more than one account for yourself.
  • You will not create another account if we have already disabled your account, unless you have our written permission to do so.
  • You will not buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your Zoom In account without our written permission.
  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • You will not log in or attempt to access the Services through unauthorized third party applications or clients.
  • You do not share other people's TikTok, Facebook or Instagram profiles and the url you share must be your real authenticated profile in TikTok, Facebook or Instagram.

13. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

By using our Service(s), you agree that Zoom In might use features and functionalities provided by other third parties and made available through our Service(s). You agree that Zoom In is not responsible for any damage, loss, or offense caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on such websites or Services. Zoom In is not responsible or liable for those third party's terms or actions taken under the third party's terms.

14. MODIFYING THE SERVICES AND TERMINATION

Zoom In may add or remove features, product, functionalities, features or change Service(s) that Zoom In uses. Moreover, we may also suspend or stop the Services altogether. We may not provide you with any notice beforehand. Zoom In may also terminate these Terms with you at any time, any reason, without any notice. We may stop providing our Services for any reason or introduce new limits and Terms that may affect your ability to user Zoom In's Services. As an example, we may deactivate your account if we believe you have violated our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.

Our Services may be interrupted, including for maintenance, upgrades, or network or equipment failures. We may discontinue some or all of our Services, including certain features and the support for certain devices and platforms, at any time. We may not provide any notice. 15. INDEMNITY

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoom In and Zoom In's mobile application developer from and against any and all complaints, charges, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to:

1- Your access to or use of the Services, or any products or services provided by a third party in connection with the Services, even if recommended, made available, or approved by Zoom In.

2- Your content, including infringement claims related to your content.

3- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

4- Your negligence or willful misconduct.

16. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN ADDITION, WHILE WE ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE A GOOD USER EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT:

1- THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR TIMELY.

2- THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DELAYS, DISRUPTIONS, OR IMPERFECTIONS.

3- THAT ANY CONTENT, USER CONTENT, OR INFORMATION YOU OBTAIN ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE TIMELY OR ACCURATE.

ZOOM IN TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OR ASSUMES LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU, ANOTHER USER, UPLOADS, POSTS, SENDS, RECEIVES, OR STORES ON OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO CONTENT THAT MIGHT BE OFFENSIVE, ILLEGAL, MISLEADING, OR OTHERWISE INAPPROPRIATE, NONE OF WHICH ZOOM IN WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ZOOM IN, ZOOM IN'S MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, OR ABUSEMENT, HARASSMENT OR SEXUAL HARASSMENT, VIOLATION, OR SEXUAL ASSAULT, FROM OTHER USER(S), RESULTING FROM:

1- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

2- THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES.

3- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $1 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE ACTIVITY GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

18. ZOOM IN DEVELOPER

BY USING ZOOM IN AND ITS SERVICES YOU ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND THAT IN NO EVENT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD ZOOM IN MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER ACCOUNTABLE, RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENT OR ANY KIND OF DAMAGE, LOSS, HARASSMENT, SEXUAL ABUSE, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR BEING TRACKED BY OTHER USER(S) THROUGH GOOGLE MAPS ON ZOOM IN. YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY. IF YOU DECIDE TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR DATA HAS BEEN DELETED FROM ZOOM IN'S DATABASE SUCCESSFULLY BY CONTACTING ZOOM IN AND REQUEST VERIFICATION. FURTHERMORE, WHEN YOU SHARE YOUR LOCATION, YOU CONSENT AND UNDERSTAND THE RISKS OF SHARING YOUR LOCATION WITH OTHER PEOPLE ON GOOGLE MAPS.

19. Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful platform for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity related to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment. To enforce this, we: Prohibit the sharing, uploading, or distribution of any content involving minors in inappropriate or exploitative ways. Report any detected CSAE content or activity to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law. Moderate and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines. Ban and take legal action against users who engage in CSAE-related activities. If you come across any suspicious content or activity, please report it immediately to dev.zoomin@gmail.com.
